The good news is I'm not losing my mind which I thought was happening when I started dealing with silverscipt about a year ago. I looked them up to see if others were having similar issues. I have not read a positive review on any sIte. it didn't seem possible that one person could have so many problems each time an order was placed and it takes multiple contacts with customer service to get anything resolved or clarified. They give you generic automated messages until one of them comes close to answering your inquiry. I would not recommend anyone to use this company if they have a choice.
I will followup with Medicare and my former employer about their level of incompetence. I've stopped dealing with them on the phone because I want to have written proof of the craziness.
