  • Honestly, I'm not exactly sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in there today right when it opened, at 9 am and I was greeted and helped almost immediately after walking in. I was trying to find toner to make my hair as frosty white as possible and then store clerk was super helpful, recommending me products left and right since her sister had recently made her hair a frosty white too, lol. Upon *almost* leaving they informed me about their sale and I'm so glad they stopped me from leaving! All the sales products were super nice and SUPER CHEAP. Overall great experience at the store!
