  • Waited over an hour to see a banker about setting up a checking acct until I was the last one there. No one checked on me, and when I asked how much longer, no one could answer. I saw the bankers laughing it up with one another and a few left at 445 pm, without helping me. I went over to Chase and got my acct set up in 10 min. Wells Fargo, you lost a customer!
