Out of absolute fairness, I feel I need to update my recent review. The new management company may not have had it within their power to have our hot water problems fixed overnight, but what was in their power was a rent credit and they came through and made it as right as they could. I'm moving from one to three stars based on the resolution factor and the personal service I received from the office staff. There's still work to be done before I can give a personal rating of 5 stars, but things are moving in the right direction...
