I like the furniture and the price is reasonable and my experience with Ashley has been consistently good.
I visited with my colleague because we're furnishing our new office and this location is a 1 block from us. Walked in from the blistering cold and weren't greeted by anyone but Ashley who had a friendly face and polite hello to say, "I'm here if you need me". While we looked at the furniture, moved things around and even took off my coat so I could test out furniture comfortably, no one came to assist. Instead, they looked off put by the fact we were moving things around.
Eventually, Ashley helped us out, pulled down pieces for us and gave us insight and opinion. I felt snubbed by the other sales people.
We eventually ordered things online because we're not design people and weren't sure what we wanted.
I called again on Sunday, to see if the store had some other items I was interested in. The phone rang for a good minute before Ashley picked up and helped me find what I needed. Called again today so I could find some other pieces and Ashley helped again.
So, when you visit, 1. ask for Ashley. 2.Be prepared to be left on your own wondering if being raised without taste was your own mistake or the Brick's, and 3. Know that your taste is wrong. You should have gone to design school instead.
