  • This is a hidden gem. Not a lot of people know about Sushi Wa since it's tucked away at the Bathurst and Steeles plaza situated next to Me Va Me. The quality of sushi here is extremely high and their specialty rolls are astounding. Not only is the food fantastic but so is the service, especially Joseph who will make sure to greet all customers and remember their names. Joseph is one of the sweetest people and I truly love his personal touch service. For starters, their taco yaki balls are scrumptious with a spicy kick. The complimentary crunchy soup is so good, you'll want to order a full portion. I love their Crunch roll with df shrimp & tempura, avocado and chips on top. Their fish is very fresh. I also love their Eskimo roll with torched butterfish. So delicious! The spicy salmon and tuna rolls are amazing. They are composed of chopped up fish with tempura and it's a flavour explosion in your mouth. You can't go wrong with anything here as it's all delicious and very fresh.
