  • Scam!!! Ari will take your money for application fee, approve you, schedule to receive your deposit, then lease the house to someone. Meaning they took two clients application fees for the same house at the same time!!!!! And then not return fees when his scam is revealed!! Dishonest and rude!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
