  • 30 mins before the trip was supposed to leave (about 5:30am) - we find out the driver can't leave until 8:30am or 9am. So then what is the point!? None of us was looking get a 1/2 day at Snow Bowl! As for my group we just drove ourselves split into four different cars. That said, I would not be writing this but now Jose won't refund the money. He said he would. I called him twice and he said he will "ASAP" but never did. I am done following up and will just dispute it with my credit card company and now I am writing this; my first ever negative review. Just bad/lazy business.
