  • I'm a month late at writing this review. I purchased a groupon for a deep conditioning with a cut and style. Since the deal was a level 1 I upgraded to a level a level 2 or it might have been a 3 for an additional cost. Audra (women with the blue hair) ended up being my stylist. She sat me down and we discussed what I wanted she then lead me to the sinks for my deep conditioning treatment, first off the deep conditioning was great but the wait time for letting it settle into my hair was a bit long and became uncomfortable. After she rinsed my hair we went back to the front and got started on my hair, everything was going great until she started focusing on the stylist next to us and giving him pointers. That's great she wanted to help but not while she's doing my hair. Towards the end her next appointment arrived and she rushed to finish me up, you can tell the person was a regular. Just because they are a regular does not mean you can blow me off, it's usually at the end when you decide if you want more trim a bit more hair. I was not completely satisfied with the service but since Audra seemed unfocused on me I just left. My hair didn't turn out awful thankfully which is why I give them 3 stars, but it definitely was not worth the money.
