  • I've been on a year-long search for a great tailor in Pittsburgh. I need to wear suits for work, and I'm picky about fit. I've had some suit-destroying tailoring experiences around this city, but Alfredo has turned that all around! I never went to Irene's when Irene ran the business. Now Alfredo is in charge, and he's amazing. I took five suits there to be altered. They were hand-me-downs...so he had to pretty much reconstruct the pants (they were many sizes too big). Three came out perfect. Two of the pants were not AS great as the others (they were a different style) so he re-altered them (free of charge and they were ready in 24 hours). In conclusion, all five suits look amazing, the pricing seems completely reasonable to me, and Alfredo seems like a nice guy. At some point soon he's going to change the name of the business, so I'll try to re-post this review when that happens!
