  • Horrible customer service! I've asked for the manager twice and he had not come to take care of his cuatomers. The games don't work bit will take ir kids tickets. Employees look lost when u ask them to come fix it. I will never bring my son to this location again. I have never experience this at any other location. Tables are disgusting and not clean to the point that the customers have to ask the employees to come and clean them. The floor in front of the soda machine is sticky and nasty that I keep sticking to the floor. The manager finally came out and actually had an attitude instead of apolgizing and handling the situation better.
