  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is nothing enjoyable about living here whatsoever. In my opinion, this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have lived here for a year now. When I first moved in the office staff was friendly and helpful, the property was very well maintained and it was a great place to live. Fast forward about 6 months and it completely changed. The office staff are rude and unknowledgeable, and that is only if you can find them in the office. If you call during the day or evening when they are supposed to be open no one will answer. Don't waste your breath leaving a message either because no one will call you back. Also, don't bother trying to go in after about 4:45 because they won't be there then either. The "community manager" Daniella seems to not have any idea how to manage an apartment complex. When questioned about the policies for dealing with complaints she said that not everyone will receive a notice depending on what the complaint is. When I called the ConAm Management Office the women I spoke with there told me that is absolutely not the case and all residents will receive a notice of a complaint. Unfortunately, Daniella and her staff seem to be unaware of that. I have made in excess of a dozen complaints about my upstairs neighbor who comes home in the middle of the night and slams doors, stomps around, slams cabinets, dumps bacon grease over the side of the patio, etc. and the office has not provided him with one single notice. In addition to being very poorly managed, the complex looks nothing like the pictures. There is trash everywhere. The parking lot is always littered with trash, no one cleans up after their dogs, perhaps that's because the bags that are supposed to be provided are always empty, I sure am glad I pay extra rent to have pets but the office can't seem to keep the bags stocked. The other day while I was walking in from the parking lot there was a dirty diaper just sitting on top of one of the bushes. It was there for about a week before someone threw it away. Residents leave everything from trash to a spare tire and broken window screen sitting out on their front patio which really classes up the place. When it is windy there will be trash all over the grounds because residents leave garbage everywhere. Lets move on to maintenance. Whoever Joshua is that has been responding to previous reviews doesn't even seem to know what their policy is for maintenance. In one response he said that maintenance issues are dealt with in 72 hours depending on parts. In another he stated that maintenance issues are resolved in 24 to 48 hours. This is just another example of the staff having no idea what their policies are. In reality it takes about 5-7 days to get any maintenance issue addressed, let alone resolved. I have had maintenance look at my dishwasher 3 times and it still does not work. I have given up on using it completely and do all of my dishes by hand. A friend of mine that also used to live here but has recently moved out went 4 days without any hot water. The resort style pools and amenities that this complex claims they have are substandard. If you have any desire to use the tanning bed don't get your hopes up because you can only do so between 9am and 4pm...bummer for anyone who works for a living. The gym that they have here is nothing more than a set of free weights and a treadmill. Unless you workout in the middle of the night good luck trying to get on any of the equipment. If you live on the bottom floor don't expect to have any peace and quiet. You can literally hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. I can hear every time the toilet is flushed, the shower is turned on, I can even hear when their cell phone vibrates on a table or rings. The new management is not pet friendly at all and is not allowing new tenants to have dogs. Under the old owners water, sewer and trash were include and the new owners are billing that separately. So new residents will get to pay above market prices and utilities separately now. The front gates are open all the time so anyone can come and go, why bother having them? There is no assigned parking here either so if you get home from work after 4pm good luck trying to find a place to park that isn't a 5 minute walk from your apartment. During the winter when its too cold to ride a motorcycle people will park their motorcycles in a covered parking spot and leave it there for weeks. It also seems that they will let just about anyone live here now. Residents that live around me will be out on their patios at all hours of the night smoking weed and drinking and being loud. I should probably call security about that right? Too bad there is no security company for this complex. If you are going to spend more than $1000 a month for rent do not give your money to this awful complex. Go check out the Wyatt apartments or anywhere but here really!
