  • Terry the salesman was pleasant, not pushy at all. I test drove several cars. When I decided on 1, they honored a lower published price. They told me I would get my second key fob when I came back to get plates and they would order me a owners manual for my 2014 jaguar XFRS. When I went to get my plates they said they didn't have a second key/fob, and they would not get me one. When I asked about the manual, I was told it was on order. I purchased in oct 2016, it is now end of march 2017 and still no manual. I called several times and I was told each time it was ordered??? So moral of this story is it is just your typical used car dealership, and have every little detail in writing. And if u want 2 keys, make sure u see them both before signing.
