When you are in the store they are very friendly and attentive. I purchased a Tencel and Platform bed with 11 drawers for storage. After paying the money, Sergio advised me that it would be delivered in 2 days. Well when the delivery day came, the delivery drivers came to my apt while my girlfriend was there. She advised me that they damaged the furniture.
When she told the delivery guys this they quickly pulled out a touch up marker and half-assed covered the scratches. I spoke to them over the phone and the lead driver tried to act like a smart ass. Unfortunately for him, i was a few minutes up the road. I called him out on his delivery and attitude over the phone. I looked at the furniture and there must have been 10 or more cracks, knicks and scratches. I recorded him saying the store knowingly sells damaged items.
I immediately called the store and told them to have the manager call me. I then noticed the mattress was not the Spring Air Tencel I ordered but a $150 cheap mattress and no mattress protector as promised
They came a day or two later and replaced both items. This time with very minor damage.
I have yet to speak to a manager over this experience and the manager will not return my call requests. Save yourself a hassle and go anywhere else but this place.
