  • I normally don't yelp for chains because, well, it's Starbucks. But I have been so impressed with this location lately I have to! I used to come here a year ago and I always waited forever for my drink, and more than once they would forget to even make my drink. When you work in the mall and only have 15-30 minutes for a break, it definitely gets frustrating. I ended up leaving the mall for a while and just recently came back, and it's like a whole new store! About a month ago I came in with a terrible cold. I just needed something to get me through my shift and the guy at the register was SO kind and helpful, he asked a few questions and made me a "medicine bomb". Holy smokes! I will never drink anything else but that and water when I'm sick again! This morning, 01/28/17 at about 9:45, I went in after a meeting and the service was just so welcoming and friendly. He even gave me a tip on how to order my all time favorite (peppermint mocha) all year long!! Please keep up the awesome work!!
