  • The heel pads on two pairs of my girlfriend's shoes needed to be replaced, which, as I have learned, is a repair that is commonly required. We called a few other shops closer to home, however none were open on the day after Christmas so we ended up stopping by this shop and we were glad we did. This is a mom and pop store owned and operated by a couple who have apparently been in this business quite a while. Both pairs of shoes were repaired to the satisfaction of my girlfriend as well as polished and conditioned. The shop was quiet that day, however they do advertise repairs while you wait and it was nice to have everything done within about an hour. The service was prompt and courteous and the prices were reasonable. My girlfriend is planning on returning with a few more pairs of shoes that also need to be repaired.
