  • The gym has gotten way too crowded, fusion bar is always cooking stinking up the whole place, increasing my "guaranteed fixed" fee after 6 years are few of the reasons why I cancelled my membership after 7 years of being a member today on July 11. They said they're still gonna take money out of my bank account for the month of August, regardless of me using it or not. I would understand if they can't refund the difference for the 20 days left of July that I'm not using. But to charge me for another month with reason being "it's our policy" is just outrageous.
