  • It's decent food - but I had a few gripes that forced me to bring this down to 4 - stars. First the good - the sauces provided (green, cheese yellow and the Saltado sauces were really tasty - perfectly balanced) The bad unfortunately pertains to the other key parts of the meal - the steak was over cooked and too hard/chewy. Additionally the french fries were too soggy - it's a shame this came so close to being really good, but - it's just slightly above average. I think if you were to ask the chef to not over cook the steak, and have the fries done at a hotter temp - it would have been awesome.
