  • If I could give 0/negative stars I would.. I came to Fletcher's with a tire that would not hold air. I was hoping I did not have a nail in my tire but after waiting almost 2 hours for them to check the tire, they confirmed that it was a nail. The guy told me they could not repair it because it was too close to the side wall. He then informed me that it was going to cost 400$ for a new tire and that I would have to order it and come back tomorrow. I wondered what kind of tire costs 400 for a Chevy Car. They offered me no other options. I declined the service and left their shop very disappointed, still with a low tire. I drove to Discount Tire on Bell Rd near the 303 freeway in hopes to find a tire in stock. Discount Tire finished up in about 45 minutes, they were busy mind you, and he told me he was able to safely repair the hole and a new tire was definitely not needed. They did not charge me a penny to repair the flat. It was a free service. I gave the technician 20$ to show my appreciation. Discount Tire saved me 400$ for a new tire and did the service for free. Fletcher's Tire is ran by a bunch of crooked lying jerks.
