  • Great experience. The Matt & Olivia and the rest of their team were absolutely wonderful and genuinely tried to make it a very special experience for all. They even went out of their way to cook a meal specially for our kids who are somewhat picky about what they eat. Overall it was a great experience and one we'll remember for a long time. We had driven to Phoenix from Los Angeles earlier that day so by the time our afternoon flight was finished it had been about 14 hours for our kids and they were a bit tired and ready to go to the hotel and crash but that was our own doing and poor planning and in no way a reflection on Float Balloon Tours. If you are looking for a special hot air balloon experience in Phoenix, I'd definitely recommend this one. The dinner in the desert with the lights, the table setup, and service was very unique and special. They even went through the extra effort of setting up Christmas lights since our tour was around Christmas.
