  • If you've been to the one in NY, you have to check out the one in Vegas right? I walked up to the order window outside, just wanted a chocolate milkshake, they told me I had to go inside and order at the bar. I kid you not, 4 guys at the bar, yes, busy, but not one bothered to acknowledge anyone who wanted to order that they will be right with you. I looked at the menu to see what kind of shakes they had. They had a $9.50 Milkshake. I thought, hey, if I'm going to get a drink, I should get one with alcohol. So, I ordered my Cosmo $16.70!! That was insane. Everyone was pissed, walking out, more people were coming in, I gave them a heads up that the service sucks and that you'll be waiting a long time. I had plenty of time to talk to those who were waiting and warned them, since I wasn't going to leave until I finished the last drop of my drink!
