  • Our visit unfortunately was not a pleasant one, but not by anything the staff or doctors did there. My beloved dog, Angel, had been slowly declining in her health (she was 15 after all). Our regular vet had just seen her on Tuesday, and had started her on antibiotics for wheezing and labored breathing. She had suffered a stroke of some sort 6 weeks before, and we knew the time was coming, but never thought it would be so sudden. I found their practice name on a google search, as my vet was already closed. They had us in within 90 minutes, and they quickly stopped her suffering. I don't even know which vet I saw, or the staff names that helped us, but we didn't have to wait and it was over very quickly. They were very compassionate to my feelings, and let me stay with her after to say my goodbyes. I live in Desert Ridge, which is a good 30 minute drive from their facility, but will be switching my other dog over there for his veterinary needs, as I can not even begin to explain the level of professionalism they gave me as a new client. Thank you very much for everything you did for Angel last night. Everything you did is helping me get through this very difficult time.
