  • Told me the wait was 10 minutes, was more like 30 which is okay if they just tell you rather than hijack your time. The manicurist, which I'm sure is also the owner, basically slapped my hands in the direction of the fans placed on either side rather than ask me to put in front of fan to dry after each coat. She told me that I put my hand in towel upset because she had to redo one nail even though she wasn't being conscious of where SHE placed my hand. Did I mention, she knew I had a hand/arm brace on and asked what was wrong with my arm and did all that anyway. Didn't massage, just slathered lotion on, charged $40 for a basic mani-pedi and when I asked for change for a $20 gave me 2 fives and a 10 as if to try to force a larger tip than she and her employee earned. #overchargedandunderserved
