  • Worst experience ever The people were very rude. My brother lost his phone in one of the foam pits and they would not let us look for it. They told us that we have to wait until they close and they close at MIDNIGHT. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE The water fountain water was very hot. The people were very disrespectful to us because we were just having a good time with 5 other friends. The people were trying to make us leave and we told them that we had gotten the 2 hour pass and then the manager was not very good he was like you can go look for the phone when there is no one in there. The foam pit was very dirty they said they CLEAN IT EVERY 2 MONTHS! The pit just had coins,jewelry,and wristbands. But we had so many problems here that I will NEVER COME back. The people were jerks because they were watching everything we were doing and saying. One of the employees jump in the pit and looked for the phone and she moved just 3 foam blocks and jumped out and said can't find it. The place also makes you take YOUR SOCKS OFF AND WALL AROUND BAREFOOT AND YOU CAN BUY THEIR SOCKS FOR 4 DOLLARS and we did not do that so we just went barefoot.
