  • Whenever I'm at the California Hotel, I occasionally make a pit stop at the sports book and make a bet on a game that's about to start. While waiting for the game to start, I would walk about 20 steps, come to Lappert's, and get my favorite: Manila Mango 1 scoop in cone. There's always those places that you love going to bc it reminds you of your childhood and well this place does that for me. Who doesn't like ice cream, right? They have at least 15-20 different flavors to choose from and they also sell coffee, donuts, and shave ice. I have yet to try their Kauai Pie flavor which looks tasty. Note: If the worker there for the day is a filipino lady, expect very generous portions. Hehe
