  • My husband and I have ordered take-out from here in the past and it was great. This review is strictly based on the horrible customer service that I experienced this past Saturday afternoon. My grandmother, mother, and I all came in around 3:30pm after we had our nails done. We were celebrating our birthdays and were excited to enjoy a nice late lunch together. When we walked in it looked as though they were closed. There were about 6 employees sitting at a table that we clearly interrupted when we walked in. At first I thought they were closed, there was no music playing and all of the employees glared at us as we were brought to a table. 5 minutes after being seated the rude woman came back. We asked if we could order from the lunch menu and she said no, it's not lunch anymore and quickly walked away. When she finally came back, we ordered. Two of the dishes showed up together, the other 10 minutes later. They dropped of the final dish with no explanation as to why it took so long. And during our meal no one ever came over to check if everything was okay. If it weren't for the fact that my grandmother has a hard time getting up and walking, I would have left. Although the food is good, the service here is terrible. And for that reason I will never go back.
