  • Made an appointment for my dog way ahead of time. Went there before appt. and they were taking walk ins before me. Said they could put my dog in a cage for 1 1/2 hrs. to 2 hrs. and then do her. Why would I want that??? If someone makes an appointment you might consider taking them at the appointment time. I told them I was not comfortable with her being in a cage that long and took her to someone else.
