  • When they first opened, this car wash was excellent. However, since then, the airguns barely have any pressure, and one of them was actually spraying water today. The vacuums have lost suction significantly. I don't think they are being cleaned, because once one of the nozzles came off and it had a 12 inch glob of hair and crap hanging inside the hose. It was quite disgusting. No wonder there's not much suction when the hoses are blocked. The car wash itself has started leaving fine scratches on my paint. And it no longer sufficiently rinses or dries the vehicles. You come out of it still dripping soap. 75% of the time there is no one at the entrance to pass out the complementary dash wipes and drying towels. I had them spray water directly into my vehicle because they were not paying attention when I was trying to flag them down to ask for these items. It doesn't seem there is ever anyone working here that is over 20 years old, hence the customer service is not very good. They just opened another location in Henderson. Apparently they are much more focused on growing their business than maintaining the quality of it.
