| - The best butcher at the St. Lawrence market. We do still get some items from other butchers....but 90 percent of the meat we purchase usually come from De Liso's .
We buy their ground beef for steaks, their lamb skewers, ground lamb for pasta sauce, and their chorizo sausage is amazing !!!! Get that! For the BBQ , everyone loves their beef short ribs, they may be $9 a pound, but they are so good!!! For frying, their chicken wings are way bigger then super market chicken wings, big and meaty, definitely always makes a great meal.
We just had a cap on coulotte steak grilled on the BBQ ....and that was perfection!
They also use to import lots of steak from different countries. We've been able to eat steak that's from Florence, UK, Spain ....and Japanese super marbled wagu like beef is excellent and well worth the splurge . I believe since the Japanese beef sells well...they continue to have it in stock sometimes.
Anyways ...they have been consistently amazing for over 6 years for us....hope you get a chance to enjoy them as well.
