| - I have had internet with century link for more than 2 year now. At first every thing was great. Never once had to call and complain about anything. I got a promotion to switch to prism TV. After a year that promotion ended and my bill (originally 55$) was raised to 89$. We only get 12mbs and the lowest grade of prism tv and there is no way it is worth 89$. After talking with more than 7 different people and spending more than 3 hours on the phone, I was basically told that I have to pay that 89$ or my internet will shut off, which I can't have happen because I am a student who needs internet. I paid the 89$ and was promised that this next months bill, September 2016 would go back to the original 55$.
Meanwhile I log onto my account and my bill is $101.03. When I called to question this, they told me basically those promises were a lie and that the bill of 101.03 was what I had to pay. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT SOMEONE LIED TO ME?
Finally the last lady I talked to, who seemed like she could really care less, gave me $25 off of my bill, Which is still way more than I was promised. I hate getting mad and I hate being mean, but the century link customer service screwed me over and is making me pay way more than I should, not even offering any sort of compensation for my frustration and their lies.
Anyone know of any better internet service in Chandler Arizona, PLEASE let me know, because I am so tired of getting screwed over and lied to and getting no apologies what so ever.
