  • I was aware of this pastry place (either the kensington location or this one). The area has some new condos and empty store fronts around, so it doesn't look like there's a shop there at all. The place is pretty small, but all the pastry and cakes look great. Me and my partner order 3 items (black sesame tart, strawberry cheese cake, and a matcha crepe cake). We both agree that the crepe cake is the best and most unique one. The texture is not something I am familiar with in cakes, but for some reason I couldn't stop taking another bite. The other two desserts were not that impressive though. Definitely would like to try the other location. And for those who likes soft and light-flavor desserts, but doesn't want to feel guilty after, I definitely recommend.
