  • Have been going to this place for nearly 7 years now..the food is good...this review is not about the quality/taste of the food this is more about their terrible service. I was charged 30%!!!of my final bill as a reservation fee for reserving a table for 6 for Friday evening( we showed up before time). Like I said, we are regulars at this place and this was the first time in 7 years I was hearing about this reservation fee. Moreover, the guy(looks Mexican but could be Midle eastern) who rudely and very firmly told me about this reservation fee acted like a total jerk!!...dude you are supposed to provide customer service and be polite....you don't work for the IRS!! I asked for a high chair for my daughter and the same guy simply showed me the place where it is kept..as if..go get it from there..seriously!!! I have known the faimly running this place for past several years..very nice people..I hope they are reading this review. Please make your policy clear about the reservation fee..and please give some training to your staff to be polite and to actually provide customer service.
