  • I have never done this before, but I must warn others about a bad customer service experience I had involving a Groupon use at Escape Risk (escape room games.) We had terrible customer service by the owners and are so disheartened by it and now wont be going. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE when booking a reservation here, they clearly don't have their customer's interests at heart which is a shame, I feel they are unethical.
