  • I will not shop at PetSmart due to this locations customer service. The salesperson refused to sell me a fish stating that my tank was too small. This is a dime sized fish that I have owned most of my 25+ years of having tanks. Hailey did not ask anymore questions, like would I be upgrading my tank later. Rude to judge a customer without clarification! I also saw employees giving treats to dogs after being asked not to by their owners. PetSmart, you need to retrain your staff on good customer service instead of thinking they know it all. I will spend my hundreds a year elsewhere.
