I was in Vegas over the weekend for the husband's birthday. We found this place on one of our last trips and my husband put it on his must revisit list. When we went the 1st time we ended up getting an order of rib tips to share since we had an itinerary of places to try off the strip. The rib tips came out so tender and juicy. We got to try all of the sauces i loved the vinegar and peppers where my husband liked the mustard based sauce.
My husband noticed that they has an all you can eat option that featured everything on the menu. So that is what he wanted to do the next time we came to town.
The all you can eat is 35.99 which is very comparable to some of the buffets on the strip but the quality is so much better, for the AYCE you start with 3 meats and 2 sides, you have a hour time limit, you skip the line to order more, and you can pretty much get anything on the menu including desserts. Come hungry, they give you full size portions with every order.
My husband who can eat more then most people got full after the 2nd order but insisted on getting a few more things so he could say he tried all the meats on the menu.
My favorite are the burnt ends they are so worth it, (you usually have to pay more for them for most meals but they are included in the AYCE). The hubby loved the St. Louis ribs and the smoked meatloaf, but everything we had was pretty amazing.
We will be back just might not do the AYCE again.
