  • So let me start by saying I did not check out the reviews on any site for The Cleaning Authority. I scheduled a quote and Spencer came out, looked at my house, explained their cleaning schedule and quoted me a price. The price was fair and one of the least expensive of the companies I had come out. Two ladies come to my home and spend about 3 hours cleaning. I started with their service 4 months ago and have no complaints. On their first visit we had a cleaning issue with our granite counter tops but they quickly resolved it and it's never happened again. They hit the mark on everything else! The same ladies have come every time, on time and sometimes a bit early! The ladies I have here do speak English but you can tell it's their second language. They DO take PRIDE in their work and ask each time before I pay, if I am satisfied. I receive a reminder call a few days before my scheduled cleaning. This month I had to change the day of my service because I wasn't going to be around. They gladly rescheduled and gave me options so that I would have the same team of ladies. We get so busy with life that we sometimes forget to write about what's good and good service. Conversely, when we feel we've been wronged we can't wait to write a scathing review. I would not have thought to write a review until someone whom I recommended The Cleaning Authority's service to informed me of all the bad reviews.
