  • Had booked an appointment almost a month in advance to make sure everything was good to go. Got called 2 days before my appointment saying they have to reschedule. Horrible place, 1st spa I was going to try & last time I will come here. Plus seeing all these bad reviews gave me a better understanding of why not t come here.
