  • Unimpressed with the customer service side of this company. I had a estimate scheduled for around 3:00pm which never happened. Around 6:00pm I had to call the front office of the company to see what the deal was as the sales rep didn't not return my call. I cannot give a fair review of the actual work they do, but can warn others about the lack of professionalism from the employees I had to deal with. Also just to prove my point I wasn't even home when the sales rep eventually showed up. Read below comment from the owner.
