Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership - drive the distance to another dealership!!!
Our issues have been escalated to Corporate who thankfully interviewed when we had issues immediately (the day after our purchase) with our 2017 GMC Acadia Limited. The car sat in the service department for a full week while I drove around a loaner. The car was delivered with a ding and a scratch that somehow was missed by the person who "detailed" the car. The tires had flat spots which caused it to wobble and the car continues to make brake adjustments (so they say that's the noise we are hearing) intermittently while driving at all distances and speeds.
The worse part is they told us they could match our finance rate but we'd have to set up automatic payments when we got the paperwork...well we got the paper work and the financial institution has never heard of an incentive like this so we are in at a higher rate and did I forget to mention we do not have a single document that is signed by the dealership. We don't have anything fully executed. The staff is unprofessional, they are con artists and they are the epitome of what we would call sleazy car salesmen.
What should have been an exiting experience - not to mention our first time purchasing a GM - has been and continues to be a complete nightmare. There's no accountability for their actions and the fraudulent activity that I am sure takes place on a regular basis.
