I agree with both reviews already posted. Christinna Flynn (Branch Manager) has horrible customer service. My lender and I have been ahead of schedule for everything yet she blames the lender for not getting paperwork when I was cc'd on the email when they sent I days before. Takes days for her to call back and she is so unprofessional, abrasive and short answered you feel like you are a nuisance to her. They missed a fee disclosure and tried to have the seller sign an addendum to make me pay for it after all fees were set and lending approved. No way in hell. If they missed it, they pay it. Let's see if she can get her act together now and get her docs in a row and get our home closed on time.
