  • the simple fact is I have never seen a business like this. I have booked a cleaning service with DVC through phone 2 wks ahead and called one day earlier before scheduled time to confirm the time slot. and then on the scheduled day, I called 1hr earlier trying to remind them and also want to get updated time since they told me the cleaning crew has two jobs ahead of mine. But I could only left message. By the scheduled time, nobody showed up, and I called both their No, but no one answered phone. From that time our call just didn't get answer at all and message saying their voice message was not set up. up to today, none from DVC bother to call me and explain to me what had happened on my booked appointment. and my schedule and my tenant's schedule all screwed up because of this! will never ever use such kind of company again!
