  • What a pleasant surprise! Good Pho in Vegas. Our group arrived around 10PM, and the place was packed. Our server promptly seated us, and then proceeded to take our order when he saw we were ready. I ordered a Pho Chin Nam, and the pho was ready within 5 minutes. The reason why I like Pho So 1 pho so much was that the broth was done right. It was not over MSGed like most pho places. The broth had a lot of flavor in it. In addition, Pho So 1 included plenty of meat. The beef was thinly sliced and was melt in your mouth delicious. The veggies were clean and fresh. Couldn't ask for more. Pho So 1 makes one mighty fine bowl of pho. When visiting Vegas again, this will be our go to pho spot.
