| - My first time here getting a full set. I asked for a full set and she gave me clear tips. What I had really wanted was the white tips. She never asked me what kind of tips I wanted and decided to do the clear. Before I realized it was already too late. Weird, but whatever. She asked me if I wanted polish and I said yes, glitter polish. So she puts on GEL glitter polish which is more and doesn't even ask if that's okay with me. Again, I never asked for or wanted gel. It's like she just did her own thing for my full set. I then asked if services were 30% off and she said no, 20%. I actually had a coupon for 30% off and this coupon is being advertised all over the Internet and Value Pak. Even with the supposed 20% off discount it was $32 for clear tips. I didn't get powder or a white tip and I was charged $32? Lol what a joke. The tech was sweet but never again.
Also, when I called to ask if they'd be open on Christmas eve, the woman who answered the phone (clearly a white woman) had some kind of attitude problem. I asked her if they'd be open and she goes, "Uhh, well, we'll be closing early that day". I didn't ask you if you were closing early, I asked you if you'd be open. She sounded distracted and bored with answering my one, simple question. So I dumbed it down for her and asked her what time they were closing and she STILL wouldn't tell me lol. She instead asked me what I wanted done and suggested making an appointment as they get busy in the afternoon. (I never said what time I'd be stopping in) Damn, this lady was all sorts of stupid. And geez louise, if you don't like people, whatya doing in customer service??
