Had to walk out of this place because they wouldn't do a side of meatballs for my daughter who doesn't eat the bread. First the lady at the counter said she wouldn't know how to do it. My wife told her to just put the meatballs in a bowl. She said she didn't have bowls. My wife told her that they must have soup bowls. Then she said she didn't know how to charge it. I told her just charge me a meatball sandwich, but just don't give me the bread. She said she can't do that. Unbelievable. Apparently it's too hard for them to put meatballs in a bowl instead of on a piece of bread. We walked out and went elsewhere. All sandwich shops we've been to are able to do this, and they even charge me less. Obviously not a very customer friendly place. First and last time walking into this place.
