  • Absolutely terrible! On a road trip we booked the day we were going to arrive, we arrived on that day at 1254. As we tried to check in and get our room they told us we had to wait until the audit was ran for the night which was done at 2am. I have two young children and can't wait that long to get a room to sleep in for a few hours. He then proceeded to tell me that he could just book me for that night but couldnt refund me the money. Then my boyfriend went in and they gave him a discounted rate on the room and we got our room key right away... the room wasn't bad.
