  • Went into this UPS store to pay for them to pick up a package from my mom in PA because she is disabled and can't drive. I've done this before at the North Las Vegas store and know it's a service they provide. The first guy said "uh, let me check I don't think that's something we can do" the second guy said "you can call the 1800 number". I told him last time I called the 800 number, they told me I couldn't do it and had to go to a store. The second guy repeated that I could call the 800 number, so I walked out. I will be returning to the North Las Vegas store where they actually believe in customer service and the manager (of the Vegas store) even called to verify he got all the details correct when the delivery driver (in Pennsylvania) couldn't find my mom's house. Don't go here unless you need something so simple a 3 year old could handle it.
