  • I've been living at Colores del Sol going on 6 years and love it. The friendly and courteous staff always greet you with a smile and ready to assist you. Maintenance is courteous and fix your problem right away. The grounds are kept so nice and trimmed with colorful flowers and plants everywhere. The pool is kept clean and sparkles. The new chairs at poolside are great and adds color to the pool area. The perks here are awesome. We have bbq's poolside, pizza nights, get togethers in the office area with large hoagie sandwiches and or speakers for things like identity theft. We have contests on our patio for Halloween and Christmas. And the newest addition are the Welcome flags at our entrance. Just nice to know the staff, Judy, Laura,Bill, and Marcus always go that extra mile.
