  • Look elsewhere if Robinson is managing a property youre interested in. They are slow and unprofessional with repairs. At the end of my lease, they rushed me out and assured me they would pro rate the rent. Now they are saying "no, we gave the new tenant a free weeks rent". Free? How can you "give" the new tenant a free week when I already paid it? I busted my butt to get out early so the tenant wouldnt be homeless, and this is how they treat me. That is bad business and this company is dishonest. I have better things to do than fight for 200 dollars that is owed to me and im sure thats what they're counting on.
