  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you are 100% certain that what you purchase is exactly what you want. Worst customer service received since moving to Arizona 15 years ago. Purchased $500 pot 2 weeks ago. My landscaper just placed it yesterday and realized the color doesn't match. After driving all the way there from north Scottsdale and asking the worst sales person I've ever met if we can exchange for a better color, the only words out of his mouth were "48 hours". When asking if exceptions can be made, the only response "48 hours". Clearly a miserable person with zero soft skills. Lost my business for life and will strive to ensure this message is heard by any person living in Troon who is thinking of updating their outdoor living space.
