  • Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been in! It started when I waited an hour after my appointment time to be shown into an exam room. Then I waited another hour for the doctor to come in. They took a blood sample to test, but it took 2 1/2 weeks for results, I received an almost unintelligible voice mail message that I needed another test..it took another week to get in. I waited 3 weeks for to get results this time, and I had to complain by voice mail to get it. The prescription needed prior authorization, which my pharmacy sent immediately, but the order was not sent. I had my pharmacy send them a request, but it was not returned. Again, I left complaints on voice mail. I still have not received my prescription. It is now 2 1/2 MONTHS since I saw the doctor !! This is the most inefficient and error prone clinic I have ever experienced. Avoid it.
